In order to take care of your child, I need to know if your child has the following: Asthma, Allergies (food, medicine, insect, environmental), Seizures, or any medical condition that could affect the school day. Under no circumstance should any medication be brought to school by a student. All medication must be brought to school by a parent and given directly to the school nurse.
